Please plan to attend a virtual training meeting prior to the annual meeting. NOTE: if you have a travel or schedule conflict, we can work with you, please e-mail Kerrell@thenextgreatevent.com.
GUIDELINES
Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application to participate in the Student Volunteer Program for the upcoming Annual Meeting. In order to be eligible for student support you must fulfill all of the following:
Be an undergraduate student member or graduate student member of one of the sponsoring societies for 2025/2026.
Complete this application form in its entirety before the deadline of June 1, 2026 or until all spots are filled.
Provide 4 hours of assistance to JMIH during the Annual Meeting, as described below. Failure to fulfill your obligation will cause immediate cancellation of your support.
